Several years ago I was introduced to Messianic Jewish dancing to a modern song. I fell in love with it instantly. We had one or two short lessons, and then we danced in front of a group with a lady leading the way. The joint experience of praising God and dancing together was mesmerizing.

Growing up dancing was very common and familiar. We often danced with our parents in times of joy and celebration. Weddings was also a great time of dancing. As a teenager I also went to official swing dancing lessons. It's hard to imagine I was able to do complete in air turns and spins. Then life got busy, and now I'm here.

Even King David danced before the Lord.
